Mixed in the surround process, the advantages of the new Bang & Olufsen sound system in the new Audi A8 are demonstrated, using 4 different music genres.

Flagship stores Mercedes-Benz Middle-East
Concept, composition, production, technical implementation in cooperation with PIXUM
Early in 2018 we developed an audio concept for the Mercedes-Benz flagship stores in the Middle East. Within an extensive redesign of the showrooms, a completely new and special listening experience was to be created for customers and visitors alike.

On the one hand, the new showrooms were to receive new background music. On the other hand, each of the four theme islands was to be equipped with music written especially for the respective AMG, SUV, luxury class and compact/midsize vehicles. Each musical theme was to make specific references to the special category features. In addition, the five compositions (themes and background melody) were to be simultaneously looped throughout the day.
While the background music was to be audible throughout the entire showroom via a sound system, the thematic music was to be heard only in each respective vehicle class area. Our concept was to create five compositions (one 90 minute background theme and four sub-themes, each with a length of about five minutes) using the same tempi and in matching keys. This enabled the harmonious combination of each piece with the background theme during a simultaneous playback. Since beginning of October 2018, the music can be heard in flagship stores in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Lebanon and Oman.
STRINGS - sound / light sculpture - Wittenstein AG
Concept, composition and technical implementation in collaboration with DialogAudio .
16 independent, electroluminescent neon strings, arranged in an asymmetrical network of light and sound. Touching the strings triggers a sequence of tones assigned to the respective string on an electro-mechanical concert grand piano (Disklavier).
Embedded in a three-part composition for a nine-person ensemble, the strings - following the composition - were served by a total of four musicians. (Based on an idea by Lab212 and on behalf of Oliver Schrott Kommunikation GmbH)
